Echelon Worlds app will not open

When trying to open Echelon Worlds from the home screen, an error message "Bike 3D not install." will briefly appear at the bottom of the screen. If it is the first time since powering on, an additional prompt will appear stating that "A newer version of bike app is available", with options for "Update" or "Later". If you click Update, the dialog box closes and then nothing seems to happen. If you try to open Echelon Worlds again, you still get the "Bike 3D not install", but no update dialog box.


Power off/power on the bike, and that same sequence happens again. Haven't been able to successfully open Worlds yet.

    I have had the same experience as the below on my EX5S. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and followed all guidance from support.

    Another user commented: "When I clicked on Echelon Worlds, I quickly get a note at the bottom of the screen "Bike 3D Not Install." Then, if I clicked again, I sometimes got a pop-up prompt to install an update, which I accept, but then nothing happens. I just looked over at my screen and it looks like it was just maybe lagging? It tried to install, but then gave me a message that "for your security, your tablet is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source." And I can click cancel or settings. I went to settings and saw how to turn on downloading apps from unknown sources, so it finally downloaded and now it is "downloading assets." I guess I'm writing this because it's sort of clunky and non-intuitive for a user. Then once everything was installed, when I clicked into the app I had to sign in again - there were many non-intuitive steps to get it to work and it's taken me like an hour to get running. I also finally just got in there and I don't see a volume control?"
