WiFi connect on eero network

hello. When trying to connect to WiFi eero network several instances of the same network and blanks appear. When one is selected and password entered, bike does not connect and stays in “connect” window.

Additionally I have an Ethernet cable directly connected to the bike but cannot bypass the WiFi window.
