Bike connection drops on app exit

EX-5s Connect Bike, just installed FitOS

When powering on, the tablet will connect to the bike during the boot sequence (using the new connect to equipment UI in the app)

When you select the Echelon Connect app from the homescreen, the tablet will immediately disconnect from the bike. When Connect loads up it will popup the "classic" connect to equipment and reconnect to the bike.

When you click the Home button from within Connect, it will disconnect from the bike again, and open the connect to equipment window on the new homescreen but it doesn't seem to reconnect to the bike until you go through a couple cycles of clicking "connect equipment."


Seems to stay connected within any given app, just seems to be unstable when moving between apps and homescreen.

    I just installed the FitOs app and I am having the same problem. Is there a solution? I don't see any responses for te bug reports that have been supmitted.
