FitOS will not connect to bike

when I go to select my bike it is not there. It is awake but the serial number is not there. I tried restarting, shutting off, deleting FitOs and reinstalling and nothing works. Does not work in worlds or echelon connect side. After deleting the beta and using the old app everything works.
