When I update the app it won't let me and gives the screen in the screen shot. Says "failed to find echelon app. Downloading echelon app" but it doesn't update.
Then on the new OS, it won't let me use Disney or Max, saying it needs to update. When I try to update it just closes out our freezes.
I have confirmed I have the latest updates with Raven (suppory rep)
